Constipation isn?t the direst problem you?ll ever have, but wouldn?t it be nice if you were able to avoid it forever?
No more intestinal pains from cramping, no more straining when using the bathroom, no more days of agony ? sounds good, right?
Constipation is the result of one of the following:
The solution is making healthier changes in many areas of your life.
Eat better.
While this seems impossible in your fast-paced, fast food life, you can make smarter choices.
If you must eat out order steamed vegetables and salads with protein as the side dish. Drink water or juices. Avoid alcohol, desserts, and processed wheat products when at home, too. Eat whole grains like oatmeal, wheat berries, or brown rice instead of sugary cereals, bread or pasta. Make green vegetables part of your meals, and snack on fruit.
If your supplements or prescription drugs are constipating you, and you must take them long term, add some flax seed to your diet. Sounds awful, doesn?t it? It?s easy. A product like Metamucil comes in capsule and powder forms making it easy to add to you daily morning routine. If you are looking at a short-term blockage problem, shop for laxatives. Just be aware that laxatives used over a long time can create a dependency and can also be quite uncomfortable when they kick into high gear.
Drink more water. Buy bottled water if your tap water is yucky. Add fresh-squeezed lemon juice to a cup of hot water for a delicious morning ?laxative? for a great start to your day.
Take a twenty minute walk each morning and after dinner. Exercise can completely end constipation. No pain, lots of gain.
If you?ve jumped on the low-carb, high protein bandwagon and it?s helping you lose your cravings but keeping you up at night with bowel problems, make sure you eat high quality mixed greens every day and take three fiber (flax) capsules daily with two glasses of water to keep you regulated.
The last solution is to go when you feel the urge. Your body is telling you it really needs to go. Listen to those urges. When you hold back and force yourself to stick to an unnatural schedule, you are likely to end up constipated. And you don?t want that.
Simple solutions for an uncomfortable situation are within your grasp. Ban constipation forever!

Getting Discounts From Your Auto Insurance Company
by: Stu Pearson
Let?s face it an auto insurance company is a business that is created to make a profit and if we are not careful we might end up paying super high premium rates when we could have paid much lower premiums if we only did some research.
Here is a list that I hope will help car owners in lowering their premium rates:
? Safety devices against car thieves
Who would ever think that theft devices are valuable not only in guarding your car against thieves, but also in lowering your premium? Theft devices come in various types. Some are automatic while some need to be manually operated. All these theft devices provide extra premium discounts. In some states window sketching may also be a source of additional premium discounts.

Let us say that you have two cars (for the sake of the illustration) that you want to insure with an auto insurance...

Term Life Insurance
by: Gary Tallon
Term life insurance is a life insurance product that pays out a cash lump sum upon death of the insurance policyholder or at the point that the insurance policyholder is diagnosed as terminally ill. But, despite it being a low cost term life product - insurance cover can be acquired from as little as ?5-?10 per month - surprisingly few of us have term life insurance in place.
For people with a mortgage and family to support, not having a term life insurance policy exposes them to a large financial risk. This risk becomes apparent when you consider how the mortgage and household bills would be paid if the main income producer were to die or to become terminally ill. The end result could be that loved ones who are left behind find their home is repossessed because they cannot keep up the mortgage repayments.
Some people prepare for such an eventuality by taking out a mortgage life insurance policy. This...

Loans For Unemployed
by: Joseph Kenny
It is one of life?s small cruelties that the times when you need credit most badly, are also the times when lenders are least willing to give it to you. When you are finding it hard to meet your obligations, your car payments are behind, your credit cards are all fully loaded, and you?re barely meeting your rent or mortgage payments, your credit score takes a nose dive. Even if you are meeting all your payments, credit reporting companies can show lenders that you are at your limit, that you?re fully extended on all existing lines of credit, and you?ve been searching vigorously for more. This will be looked on very poorly by lenders and make them much less inclined to lend to you.
Between Jobs
One of the periods when you are most likely to be in this sort of situation is when you are between jobs. There are a million reasons why you might lose your job, many of which will not be your fault, and if...

The Easy Way To Build A Great Credit Report
by: Dave Robinson
The most important thing you can do when building credit is to always pay your bills on time and to never borrow more than you can afford to pay back. It sounds silly for me to say, but unfortunately people do this every day. Credit is enticing and it very easy to get in over your head. Beware because those "no money down" and pre-approved credit card offers can send us straight down the credit road of darkness! It?s essential when building a healthy credit report that you remember your long term goals, and resist the temptation of buying yet another thing on credit.
Today, it's more important than ever to have a good credit rating. Don't get me wrong it has always been important to have good credit if you want to buy a car, a house, rent an apartment, or be approved for personal loans or credit cards. However, today more and more employers are looking at credit reports as part of...
